TFN Chapter 3 Walkthrough

STEP # 1 – Move east, north, north, north, then south. This will bring you to the south side of the Real Estate building.

STEP # 2 – Open the cracked window.

STEP # 3 – Enter the now broken window.

STEP # 4 – Open the door to the east then move east, north, then east. This will bring you to the boardroom of the Real Estate building.

STEP # 5 – Examine the whiteboard to find the small magnet. Take it.

STEP # 6 – Move west, north, east, then south. This will bring you behind the reception desk in the Real Estate building.

STEP # 7 – Examine the reception desk to find the washroom key and lighter.

STEP # 8 – Take the washroom key you found inside the reception desk.

STEP # 9 – take the lighter you found inside the reception desk.

STEP # 10 – Move north, west, south, south, then west. Enter the broken window once again then move east, then east again. This will bring you to the main street east of the Real Estate building.

STEP # 11 – After witnessing the young man, re-enter the Real Estate building by moving west then south. Enter the broken window then move east, north, then north again. Unlock, open, then enter the bathroom door.

STEP # 12 – Take the silver key and entrance key you found in the Real Estate building’s bathroom.

STEP # 13 – Move south, east, then south, then unlock and open the door to the south. Move south into the Real Estate building’s storage area.

STEP # 14 – Examine the filing cabinets to find a lockbox code.

STEP # 15 – Move north, then north again. Unlock and open the front door of the Real Estate building. Move east, east, south, then east. This will bring you to the top of the stairs of the house that is for sale.

STEP # 16 – Use the lockbox code on the lockbox to open it and find the brass house key.

STEP # 17 – Unlock and open the east door then move east. You will find yourself inside the house that is for sale. Take the small candle on the table.

STEP # 18 – Move east, east then open the door to the south. Move south to enter the bathroom.

STEP # 19 – Examine the toilet in the bathroom of the house for sale to find the water shutoff valve.

STEP # 20 – Turn off the water to the toilet found in the bathroom of the house that is for sale by closing the shutoff valve.

STEP # 21 – Move north, then west then open the door to the north. Move north then use the lighter on the small candle to light it up. Move down to the basement then move south to the laundry area. Move the clothes hamper that is covering the floor drain.

STEP # 22 – Attempt to climb the basement stairs of the house that is for sale.

STEP # 23 – Move south, then west. This will bring you to the main room of the basement of the house that is for sale.

STEP # 24 – In the large room of the basement of the house for sale, take the aluminum ladder.

STEP # 25 – Move east, then east again to the room next to the laundry area of the house that is for sale. Enter the dark hole twice: once to open the hole a bit then a second time to enter it.

STEP # 26 – Examine the packing boxes then take the string.

STEP # 27 – Move south, west, north, up, south, west, west, west, south, east, then south to arrive at the large gate on the south side of the coffee shop. Use the aluminum ladder on the large gate.

STEP # 28 – Climb the ladder then move east, west, north, then north again to arrive in the coffee shop office.

STEP # 29 – Examine the written note.

STEP # 30 – Move south, south, then east to arrive back behind the coffee shop.

STEP # 31 – Use the string on the magnet to create the strung magnet.

STEP # 32 – Use the strung magnet on the drain grate to fetch the van key.

STEP # 33 – Unlock the delivery van then enter it.

STEP # 34 – Take the gate key that is on the seat inside the delivery van behind the coffee shop.

STEP # 35 – Exit the van by moving up then move west, north, west, west, then south. Open the main front door to the coffee shop to the west. Move west then south then unlock the large lock for the gate.

STEP # 36 – Move west then west again then enter the delivery van once again. Use your key ring on the ignition to start it up.

STEP # 37 – Move to the rear of the farmhouse to see Robert inside. Move back south to enter the farmhouse with your friends.

STEP # 38 – Move west, then north, then open the door to the south. Move south then down to the farmhouse basement.

STEP # 39 – Examine the wooden toolbox to find the old handsaw. Take it.

STEP # 40 – Move up, north, west, south, then south again. You will automatically move the delivery van to the backside of the farmhouse.

STEP # 41 – Move up, then east, then take the old rake. Use the old handsaw on the old rake.

STEP # 42 – Move south, south, north, then west again to enter the farmhouse living room.

STEP # 43 – Move west, then west again, then enter the bed to get a good night’s sleep.

STEP # 44 – Open the door to the east, move east, then move down the stairs to greet Jack and Robert. Move south, open the door to the south, then move south, then east to enter the van and talk to Robert.

STEP # 45 – Move up to exit the van then move south, north, up, then east to visit your three friends before they leave.

STEP # 46 – Move east, north, up, then east again to visit Bill before looking around.

STEP # 47 – Move west, down, south, west, then north. Take the snow shovel from the front porch.

STEP # 48 – Move south, east, east, east, then north to enter the large barn.

STEP # 49 – Use the snow shovel on the corpse to load it into the wheelbarrow and bury her in the field behind the barn.

STEP # 50 – Move south, south, south, south, north, then up to return to the house to find Bill on the ground while trying to go to the bathroom. Move Bill’s bed to find the items hidden under the floorboard as mentioned in the note you found on the corpse.

STEP # 51 – Move west, down, south, east, east, north, north, then west to arrive near the shed behind the barn. Unlock the shed then move west to move into it.

STEP # 52 – Take the dull ax found inside the shed behind the barn.

STEP # 53 – Move east, east, north, west, north, then east. Open the door to the north then move north.

STEP # 54 – Examine the sleeping bag to find the crude map.

STEP # 55 – Take the sharpening stone then use it on the dull ax.

STEP # 56 – Move south, south, west, then up to enter the hunting platform in the large tree.

STEP # 57 – Take the kerosene lantern found on the hunting platform in the large tree.

STEP # 58 – Move down, south, south, south, then east. Use the sharpened ax on the dead tree.

STEP # 59 – Move east, north, east, east, north, north, north, north, east, then north to arrive outside the garage of an abandoned house. Open the garage door to the north.

STEP # 60 – Move north to enter the garage then take the hand winch.

STEP # 61 – Move south. south, west, south, south, east, then east to arrive near the large shed adjacent to the exploded house. Use the hand winch on the snowmobile to move it away from the shed door.

STEP # 62 – Move east to enter the large shed then take the fireworks.

STEP # 63 – Move west, west, west, north, west, north, north, then west to arrive in the living room of the looted and destroyed house. Examine the fireplace mantle to find some matches.

STEP # 64 – Move east, south, south, east, south, south, south, east, east, then south to arrive in the large open field. Use the matches on the fireworks to create a distraction.

STEP # 65 – Climb the fence then take a metal can (kerosene can).

STEP # 66 – Use the kerosene can on the kerosene lantern.

STEP # 67 – Climb back over the fence then move west, north, north, north, west, north, north, west, north then north again to arrive at the top of the stairs inside the destroyed and looted house. Use the matches on the kerosene lantern.

STEP # 68 – Move down to the basement of the looted and destroyed house then take the adjustable wrench.

STEP # 69 – Move up, south, east, east, then south to arrive in the bedroom of the looted and destroyed house. Examine the jean overalls to find the tractor key.

STEP # 70 – Move north, west, south, south, south, east, north, east, north, north to arrive in the garage of the abandoned house. Move the large engine to lower it from the engine lift.

STEP # 71 – Take the engine lift then move south, then east to arrive at the back of the abandoned house. Examine the propane tank to find the attached gas line.

STEP # 72 – Use the adjustable wrench on the gas line to remove it from the propane tank.

STEP # 73 – Use the engine lift on the propane tank to raise it from the ground, move it to the front, then return behind the house.

STEP # 74 – Move east, south, west, south, west, then south to enter the large field near the tractor. Enter the tractor then open the choke lever.

STEP # 75 – Use the key ring on the tractor ignition to move the tractor near the abandoned house driveway.

STEP # 76 – Use the propane tank on the trailer to load it on.

STEP # 77 – Enter the tractor one more time to drive it back to the farmhouse along with the propane tank.

STEP # 78 – Move the propane tank to manually push it off the trailer.

STEP # 79 – Examine the large generator to reveal the dead starting battery.

STEP # 80 – Use the adjustable wrench on the dead battery to remove it from the generator.

STEP # 81 – Examine the tractor to reveal the starting battery.

STEP # 82 – Use the adjustable wrench on the starting battery to remove it from the tractor.

STEP # 83 – Use the starting battery on the large generator to install it.

STEP # 84 – Move south, south, east, north, up, then west to enter your bedroom in the farmhouse. Open the large window.

STEP # 85 – Use the hand winch on the bed to prepare it for use to lift the propane tank.

STEP # 86 – Move east, down, south, west, north, then north to go back to where the whole home generator is. Use the hand winch on the propane tank to raise it and connect it to the generator.

STEP # 87 – Move south, south, east, north, west, north, south, then down to enter the basement of the farmhouse once again. move the transfer switch to enable power to the house.

STEP # 88 – Move up, north, west, south, up, then east to visit Bill with the power now running. You automatically go to bed then wake up in the morning.

STEP # 89 – Open the door to the east then move east, down, then west to visit Jack in the living room.

STEP # 90 – Move south, open the door to the south, then move south, then west to go for a walk with Jack. You get arrested with Jack.

STEP # 91 – Enter the bed to rest for the night.

STEP # 92 – Open the door to the east, then move east, south, then south again. Examine the formal letter then examine the control center. STEP # 93 – Move north, north, north, then north again. You have reached the end of The Forgotten Nightmare Chapter 3!
